For every order placed on resinbike.com, IMMAGINE SRL e issues a receipt for the shipped goods, which is included inside the package/envelope. If specifically requested by the customer, IMMAGINE SRL will issue an invoice, sending it either in paper form along with the contents of the package or via email to the order holder, in accordance with Article 14 of D.P.R. 445/2000 and DL 52/2004.
For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the customer at the time of the order is considered valid. No changes to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are explicitly highlighted at the time of placing the order, unless specified otherwise in promotions. The payment for the goods by the customer will be made using the method chosen at the time of the order. No additional costs are owed by the customer beyond the total of the order.

For shipments within Italy, the following carriers are used depending on the destination:
- GLS Express Courier
Shipping with GLS typically takes 1-2 working days for delivery. This shipping is trackable, allowing you to know the location of your package at all times. - SDA Express Courier
SDA Express Courier S.p.A. is an express courier service for shipping packages, pallets, and documents under the BRT group. Generally, SDA delivers this type of shipment usually within 24 to 48 hours.
For international shipments, we use the following carriers depending on the destination:
- GLS Express Courier
Door-to-door delivery service in 36 European countries. Delivery within 48 hours to major economic centers in Europe: Germany, France, Austria, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg; delivery within 72/96 hours to more distant European countries. - MBE Express Courier
MBE provides a highly professional support and mediation service. Shipments managed by this carrier are then handed over to other couriers such as:- UPS Express Courier
Mainly for shipments within the EU. - FEDEX Express Courier
This service is used for all countries outside the EU.

Preparation and Delivery Times
The preparation times for packages are typically 24/48 hours, with a maximum of 72 hours during peak seasons. Resin Bike cannot be held responsible for delays in processing orders or delivering the ordered items.
Please note that delivery may occur as early as the day after the order is placed, or for some products, it may vary from 5 to 10 working days. In this last case, we will promptly notify the customer via phone or email.
Delivery in Italy typically occurs within 2/3 working days. In EU countries, packages are delivered within 4/5 working days, while in NON-EU areas, receipt of the package typically takes 7/9 working days, depending on the destination.
All shipments are fully trackable. Tracking codes are sent via email to the customer when the shipment is made by our operators.
At the time of delivery by the courier, the customer is required to check:
– That the number of packages being delivered matches what is indicated in the transport document sent via email;
– That the packaging is intact, undamaged, and not wet or otherwise altered, including closure materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage to the packaging and/or product or discrepancies in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested by adding a WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVATION (SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR THE RESERVATION, e.g., “punctured packaging,” “crushed packaging,” etc.) on the courier’s delivery proof. Once the courier’s document is signed, the customer cannot raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the delivered items.
Any issues concerning the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the products received must be reported within 2 days of delivery, according to the procedures outlined in this document.
In case of failure to collect the items within 7 working days due to repeated delivery issues at the address provided by the customer when placing the order, the ordered items will be returned to our warehouses.
