BMW R 1250 GS and BMW R 1250 GS Adventure: The Queens of Enduro
Dear friends of ResinBike®, today we want to talk to you about the two versions of the BMW R1250 GS and Adventure. These two models represent a further evolution of the GS line, which celebrates its 42nd anniversary this year.
The two versions do not feature major changes but rather refinements of certain characteristics, along with additional options.
First, let’s analyze the engine, which is the same as the previous versions (1,254 cc and 136 HP).
Here’s what’s new! Regarding the electronics, both models come standard with Dynamic Traction Control (DTC), Integral ABS Pro, and Hill Start Control Pro (HSC Pro), significantly enhancing safety and riding performance.
Another big news is the use of adaptive full-LED headlights, a cornering lighting system that adjusts to the road by following the bike’s movements and inclinations for truly optimal nighttime visibility.
This is complemented by the Welcome and Goodbye functions, which allow the headlight to be activated when the bike is off, making maneuvers in the dark easier.
The available standard color options are:
- GS Trophy
- Triple Black
- Light White (solo per il GS 1250)
- Rallye
- Ice Grey (solo per il GS 1250 Adventure)
Let’s take a closer look at each one now.
